The outide is a little more old style which is because the house was built i think in the 80s if I hurd the lady right. Whole inside had pretty much been redone along with new ac unit. Im gone pressure wash the whole house to get some of the green off from the trees, fix up the back yard for the dog, and fill my fridge with some natty and call it a day. Great thing its 10 min from my university and the fact we could put 25% down (not 20% sorry it was more) lowered the monthly payment from $650 to $450 month incase some of yall was wondering so save ya money if you gone buy a house, the more you put down man the better off you are with monthly payments.
