matt402 Posted March 2, 2011 Report Posted March 2, 2011 nice... lol. the box for my single XL 18 was 1.25" with 1.5" baffle. no flex at all . i glued all the double panels together & let em dry for a day with batteries & weights on top of em. glued, used a brad nail gun, predrilled & used lotsa screws then clamped it all up. u CANT make a box too strong...
