Seems this beast draws a little more from the remote wire than the Leviathan, leaving the 7.5k not enough juice, so it goes straight to protect. Nothing a simple relay can't fix. Bad news is, I have a couple ideas where the noise is coming from and they are both expensive. The deck or the alt itself.
