04SDExplorer Posted March 12, 2011 Report Share Posted March 12, 2011 Finally got around to getting my NS's reconed, also first time they've been installed in my new box. Night and day difference! I think my old box was a hair over 8 cubes with a slot tuned to 39hz..new box is right at 7 cubes with 3 6" aeros tuned around 39hz. Not only does it sound WAY louder but it moves A TON more air then previously..i'm very impressed and it was worth the wait lol..my best score with old box was a 148.4 @ 41hz sealed up on the dash..i'm confident i'm up over a 150 now but only the mic will tell..couple weeks until showtime! That little bracket holding the box in place is temporary till i get a day off to do something a little nicer..
