matt14
How about a budget? If you say you have x amount of dollars to spend on a system, then you may be able to buy some used AQ stuff that could be cheaper. TeamHT
Who's the smartest genius. I liked my alpine stuff. Ok ok Who's the tallest giant? Part of me thinks you're doing it on purpose...LOL. He asked for the "best" low end brand, which is pretty oxymoronic. So, all the questions were also oxymorons. Dan208
Not really "low end", but check out the SSA Dcon. IMO they are one of, if not the best, value for the money. kr15
The Type R in my opinion is every bit as good as the sdc2.5 (maybe better), so if you can find it cheaper then the sdc, might wanna got that route...Have never heard the dcon, but have known of plenty of users, and have never heard complaints. They seem to be a sub that will likely sound cleaner then an R or an SDC.....If you want to go even cheaper, Crunch made some subs that were GroundPounder's. I believe they were 500rms and were sold for about 70$ or so. I heard these and was pretty impressed for the price here they are-- http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_17886_Crunch-GPV12D4.html I actually like these more then CVR's Edited March 21, 2011 by kr15 Quote Team Flex Issues Low tuning > God 2011 CALI AS1 STATE CHAMP
