He's asking whether or not it is a daily amp or a burp amp, I don't know where the myth or truth comes in and what amps can only be used for either or...lol. if the amp works...it should...work right? BigPimpin91 Posted March 22, 2011 Report Share Posted March 22, 2011 Okay. Here's is what I've heard and not saying this is reliable information or not but take it as you will. The reason the Sampsons don't do so well is that their voltage rails while idling produce far to much voltage for the capacitors to handle so they pop. I've seen two play music for ~30 secs and do 1 burp and then one of them blew. This was a purely spl vehicle. Trailered to and from the show.
