Forevrbumpn
I was thinking, since the box was that damn big, just wall it off, you only have a few inches on each side of the box I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. savagebee
Ive done two different walls in this car, one tned about the same, the other around 40 hz.. neither "felt" as loud as this one..\ there isnt a lot of room, but there is more than it appears to be on the top... close to 9-10 inches. . this way is just working better for me for my application... I dont compete, and to be honets, Ive never been metered before.. its all just to dick around with, so Im not worried if the spl is lower this way, it sounds the best to me in a big ass rear firing box. but I would like to know what numbers its putting up lol
ChevyBoy
ever do subs up port back?
savagebee
ever do subs up port back?yeah.. it sounded (like I said, no meter) about the same, but I lost absolutely all cargo space that way... even though the box was shorter (so I could see out the rear window lol) Id rather have some cargo space in the back, then none @ all.. plus this looks mean as shit lol... Forevrbumpn
the wall should be on the same face as the woofers, not behind the box, but I bet it helps compared to the original way I have a ritual called "terminator".
