illiniboy17
well slot ports are easy to do, and with aero ports you can change the tuning of your box by shortening or lengthening the port, if your new to building boxes i would just to a nice slot port should get plenty loud Quote Car: 1995 Thunderbird System: Pioneer deh5100ub HU Pioneer/Lightning Audio 5x7's 1 Hifonics 1610D amp 2 Obsidian Audio 12's 4cu.ft. box tuned to 30hz 8 farad Boss Audio cap 4 gauge power/ground wire Youtube Facebook

Hertz_dont_it
not to thread jack but i have the same question current plan is 2 12" alpines with probable a slot port ] (doesnt sound like much but its budget) and i have a 1994 celica hatch up or back? for port and subs in that case Quote Current system:Front stage: Alpine type s 6.5No rear:Alpine type s 6.5headunit: alpineAmp: Jbl bp600.1 Sub: Alpine type x 12 dont know much about them. Found a "FLUX" Capacitor on ebay. If I add this to my system, can I really travel into the future? And how far into the future? That probably all depends on how I ground it though, right?Dude dont even waste your money on capacitors get a second car battery preferably a kinetik or stinger or any other car audio battery use the battery that is correct for your systems true rms wattage do some research on the net for this. Go to kinetiks website they explain how to pick a battery from thier site that fits your system.

sprkn_ranger
i have 4 12" mtx 5512-44 with 2 ta4501 amps and 4 gauge power and ground wires. 2nd battery hooked up with 2 runs of 1/0 wire I'm not familiar with those amps but is there a reason your only using 4gauge for your power and grounds?
