A reputation, big fan base, and won competitions should help. The purpose of a sponsorship is for the user (you) and the company/manufacturer (XS Power) help each other. The manufacturer would help the user by giving them discounts, allowing them to get the products. The user would help the manufacturer by getting them more sales. I would say also include your stats page and photos of your ride. Just calling and saying you wanna compete and do it big isnt gonna cut it.
