ZombieswithMustaches
I decided to redo my pillars again. I first had a set of 3" components and then went to a set of Rockford 5 1/4" components in each pillar. Now, I'm gonna go with some 4" Rockford coaxials and gain some windshield space back, that I lost with the last incarnation. Here's the beginning... Quote Float mounted IPad Mini playing through Bluetooth IStreamer for Iphone or Ipad Rockford Fosgate 3Sixty.3 RE Audio XXX 6.5's in each door with a second set soon to be added to the front doors Two Rockford T600-4's for the components Blowthrough with two Sundown SA-8's RF T1500-bd's for the subs 8000k H.I.D.'s in headlights and fogs Lifted 2" in front and 2" in back (soon to be installed a Suspension Maxx 1.5" body lift) 17" Ultra Rogue 175's on Nitto Trail Grappler 285/17 70's Undercover Bedcover Surco Roof Rack Five Hella Lights on front bumper 270A Mechman Alternator Two Optima Yellow Top batteries Dynamat double layered each door and roof, quadruple layered on back wall, single layered on floor with Second Skin Luxury Liner Pro on top. 98crewcab
Very nice start! Thats the style I went with:) Very nice bro!!! How do they sound? Crisp and loud? yes, they do:) just running them off the deck for now, and they sound great for being the only speakers in my truck at the moment-lol. they are the polk audio 4's. before only ran 1 in each pillar and kept up with the rest, bringing the staging up a bit. hoping that it will help even more now with 4 all thats left is to make grills for them, then wrap them up in some vinyl Edited March 30, 2011 by 98crewcab Quote 06 2500hd, 6.0L, 4l80e, 4wd, (muah work truck) 7" BDS HC lift kit (5) 37x13.5R18 Toyo Open Country M/Ts (5) 18x10 Moto Metal MO962 tablet in lieu of deck blue tooth interconnect to soundstream eq (for volume control and bass control) 4 Alpine type r 10's 6 cubes net, 80sqin's port, tuned to 33hz 2 brutus brx5000.5's 2 pairs 3" polk audio for a pillars 4 pairs polk audio 6.5 comps 1 pair 8" polk audio for mids 2 xspower d3400 batteries.....learning alot from meade and his circle of some of the baddest installers ive seen- thanks guys, for not being so cocky and posting the way it should be done!P.S.
