I just purchased a set of some sa12's and on install I wired one of the sub backwards from one coil to the other. Not to the sub, just from one coil to the other. Now hooked up correctly it work fine, but at low vol it has a small almost electrical short sound. almost like something is in the dust cap. Just wanted to see if someone can tell me what it is. Just the jumpers going from one coil to the other coil. Just seems funny that it plays fine just when you stick your ear to the sub is only when u hear it. Quote
