dblovah51 Posted April 4, 2011 Author Report Posted April 4, 2011 DUDE. one 270 alt is no way enough to run 2 warhorses. look at the minimum requirements, it was already stated in this thread... how could you even be keeping all those batts charged with one freakin alt. i know mechman is good but you gotta upgrade your electrical i know the 270 isnt enough but i cant get nowhere close to the required amount for the two horses. they askin for 800amps of alternator power for 2 the most i can get in a trailblazer is 540 thats dual 270s 2004 trailblazer 4 FI BTL 18s (2) DC 10.0k xs power d3100s mechman 270 158.2 @41

The warhorse seems like a hell of a amp but at the same time I've seen a fair share of people unhappy with it. Maybe it's just power hungry.
