fox_racin4 Posted December 11, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 11, 2012 dustcap issue was fixed, without you personally seeing how the dustcaps fit, its hard to explain... the outside lip of dustcap fits on the INSIDE lip on the surround. LITTERLLY no cone can be seen, its also hard to get a good glue joint there becasue the dustcap has to be "popped" in place there was a clear rubber glue ( like goop) that they used.. once i used realy black CA glue ive had 0 issues and wiith the "burning" spiders, its just a wax from the leads wearing off on them ( odd.. i know lol ) they are still taking a beating to this day.. im not easy on them to say the least lol awsome subs.. 1998 gmc extd cab 12 crossfire C710s 4 SAZ-4500s 3 Singer 400A altsbuncha mids/highs Team Asshole Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
