What bolts for wiring through enclosure??

Instead of doing a terminal cup I am gonna do bolts through the enclosure to wire the 8 gauge through using ring terminals. Are there any special type of bolts that have the least resistance? For example brass over aluminum?

I figured I wouldn't mess around with terminal cups running a potential of 5000 watts rms off my Sundown 4500D.

I have a local fastenal store I can go to that has all that good stuff.

Are there any certain kind of washers I will need?

def brass, if not then some "plain" bolts from lowest or the depot.

(not this big but just to get an idea)

then top it off with a wing nut and your ready 2 go

Nice! I got some badass gold plated stinger 8 gauge ring terminals too from Darvex.

I'll definitely pick me up some brass bolts, my build will be soon finished!

i used Silicon Bronze hardware i found at my local Harmco...
