SubaruBassPro Posted April 11, 2011 Report Posted April 11, 2011 I bought a 2006 mazda6 and i want to put my old system in it. however i tampered with the dash for a good while and could only get the faceplates off near the e-brake and near shit knob. Does anybody know how to remove the dash near radio or know of a good site that has a tut?

byers319 Posted April 11, 2011 Report Posted April 11, 2011 i have a 2003 mazda 6, so not sure if its the same but unscrew the shifting knob then take the plastic around that off, then there are two (iirc) screws on the bottom corners and pop its off.

The bottoms popped out but the top felt way to tight to just snap and i wasnt sure if there were more screws. Also i didnt want to break if so i figured id ask. But i guess ill just slowly pry it and it should snap off but thanks

justgregory08 Posted April 11, 2011 Report Posted April 11, 2011 i know its not related anything with mazada, but i am struggling with how to installed, but i already installed 1 amps and 2 400 watt speaker, so i decided to add 1 more amps, how do i do that?? i have battery capacitor, should i use 4 guage wires to battery capacitor then connect to 2 amps from battery capacitor??? help will appricate! thanks
