i'd do 1 level 3 15 on an aq 1200d..just set your gains a little low and you'll be fine..and don't clip it

1 15 can definitely be louder than 2 12's. If you have a smaller car(judging by your dimensions, you do), I'd just stick with a single 15. With your budget, you could get a nicer 15 instead of 2 lower end 12's and throw it in a bigass box tuned to 32-35hz and it will slap.
