This is what I have going on, Alpine MRP-F300 and Polk audio db6x9 60wrms fronts and Polk db5.25 45wrms rear. At full volume my 4 channel Alpine is only turned up a 1/4 and any more than that the sound gets fuzzy and trashy. With that said would I be safe to up grade the speakers with that much gain at my disposal and get more volume? EDIT: And that amp does 50 watts per cannel. If it doesn't, change it up. It's your system man Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.
