whers Posted April 24, 2011 Report Share Posted April 24, 2011 im new to the whole car audio shit, i got myself a kicker l7 1500 watt rms 750, i have a shitty sony explode 800 watt amp. i know shit isnt cutting it. i want to upgrade my amp by getting a soundstream dtr1.1700d, i wanna know if thats too much power or should i buy something bigger, like i said in the beginning im really not that good with this stuff tryna learn tho so help a brother out. whers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Good Looks mang, its going into my 01 Maxima, i have it already installed with a sony explode amp, and i just want to bang man it kinda doesnt sound right it cuts out alot, if i bump certain songs it'll cut out if theres to much bass, i got the stock bose speakers, sony head unit, and i might some where down the line would like to buy another l7 or maybe 2 who knows. and i got some cash to work with like 900$, won some extra cash at the casino.
