blownengine Posted April 25, 2011 Report Share Posted April 25, 2011 (edited) Punky is right about the T nuts. They work well but can be tricky. I would try putting two small screws in the notches of the T nut. (Make sense?) It stops the nut from rotating and falling out. If you over tighten them the teeth strip the wood apart.
