dirtracer27x
just received this email from crescendo Hello, A couple months ago we decided to discontinue the CCXes once they sold out. The new versions that replaced the old CCXes will be out in June. They are called the CZ series and have alot of improvements over the CCXes to make sure nothing else compares to them under the $300 range. Some differences are thicker CF cones, solid billet aluminum phase plugs, custom tooled cast baskets, larger motor structures, silk ring radiator tweeters housed in milled aluminum, newly designed crossover network. They will be no more than $159.99 shipped each set. -- Thanks and Regards, Crescendo Audio Sales (941) 257-4767 alpine 794 h/u 6 crescendo ccx 6.5 comps 4 polk db 6x9 3 ways 2 jl audio OG 12w6 v1 1 jl audio OG 10w6 v1 1 soundstream rubicon rubi5.800 5 channel 1 soundstream rubicon rubi2.600 2 channel 1 soundstream rubicon rubi800.1 mono class d 1/0 knu 6 farad soundtream cap soundstream bx 10 soundstream 3 way xover

JZeFF
Im in the market for 4 sets of components... My DC 175.4 is a beast, but finding speakers for it is a pain in the ass... lol. I plan on going with the Crescendos simply for the fact that for under 600 bucks i can get 8 mids. 8 tweets, and 8 crossovers than will actually be able to take the power from my amp. Try to find me 4 sets of speakers that can handle the power, sound good, and do it on that budget... Not gonna happen I currently have a set of the older RF 6.5" power components, and i really dont like them...
