anthonyott99
Does anyone know what the actual cut-out diameter of a 6.5 speaker is ?? I am building my rear deck and i haven't got my 6.5's for the build yet but i am in the process of doing all the fab work and need to cut out the wooden rings the 6.5's will be housed in but everywhere i look it has the mounting info but not the actual size that i need to make the hole that the speaker will sit in . Thanks, i know this is a kinda general question but most 6.5's are the same size so . . .I have saw the pre-cut rings on Ebay but rather keep the price down and do them myself and they dont tell what the actual inside hole size is either !! Rell
Size does vary a bit from speaker to speaker with 6.5s So you you don't have the actual speakers? But you do know which speakers you will be using? With a google search I'm sure you can find a site that is selling the speakers you want. They usually list.... A. outter diameter B. Inner cutout diameter C. Mounting depth D. Sometimes the weight of the speaker
