Mounting Amps On Box

Is it bad to mount amp directly on the box? The only room i have would be to mount my AQ4x90 on the back of the box.

Not really recommended....but a lot of folks do.......make sure to mount rubber washers or similar if you do.

dude lots of ppl do it. sumtimes its the only place u got to put stuff is rite on the box. but like azagtoth502 said use rubber grommets to isolate it from vibration and stuff when u mount it

Yea most people say don't do it because the vibrations can damage the amp. But if you do make sure the box is braced really well and use some rubber mounting feet like mentioned above

As long as your box is pretty solid and dont vibrate or flex, you will be fine, but I agree, use rubber washers or stand offs....
