So after looking at the doors, I realized they were kinda shitty, although the the door with 2 speakers was strong enought with me jumping on top of it, but the edges were all screwed up, I bought new resin, and new fleece, I am gonna rewrap em and do em

Ok. as nice as those passive crossovers look, I am taking them all out tomorrow, I did a ton of reading and discovered why my mid speakers will cut out at high volumes, but only when certain frequencies come on, and it has to do with the loads the crossovers are causing the amps to go to, and sometimes can shift into dangerous levels, so those will be out, and may increase the volume by 1-3db just for the mids, as passive crossovers can rob a decent amount of energy, one thing is that I already have an active setup so im not to sure how that would effect the passive setup thats bi-amped, because the amps are only sending the frequencys that each speaker plays, but in a normal bi-amp passive setup both amps produce the same exact full range, any ways, I will have to figure out something to do with that dead space

Well my Mechman alt failed yesterday, put the factory back in and that is working fine. It sounds as if the bearings have gave out as they squeak while turning the pulley. I sent an email last night and we will see if i still recommend them after this experience is over. I'm broke as hell and this was a bad time for this to occur. I'm quite surprised it failed so early, just short of a year, thank God for the 2 year warranty. im not too happy

Im Still Here, Posting a shit ton of stuff I have done right now I have got an AMAZING idea for how I want to do the sub box!!! Thanks For Admiring my build, got the alt back, they said the voltage regulator failed, which is weird, but its all back, have to put it in still, sheered one of the 4 bolts that holds it in, but should still be safe pics in the next 20 minutes here though of my new doors got over 100 pictures, did a lot of wire cleanup, all the doors are done, and working on the back window fiberglassing, im out of money, getting a new job here soon, but still have some supplies left to work with

So all the fiberglass work before this post was scrapped, as I did a shitty job, but live and learn its my first set of doors, so what can I expect, I learned a shit ton just on those doors alone, and everytime I do it I get better!!
