MACnonsence6 Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 i have a 97 ram with an ap1800 on a single re se 12 in a shitty ported box and this sub slams atleast to me. its running at 2 ohms and voltage is right at 14-15 at full tilt i want to build a box to compete is just something that can get stupid loud ive never even been to competitions so idk how they grade them or if they use a hz test or what so i wana build a box that will get stupid loud at a cirtin hz of thats how they test or i wana build a box that gets stupid loud on music if thats how they test. im not looking for someone to design me a box im just looking for advice Quote I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha.
