lem43606
Before i installed my HO Alt i never once had a problem with the belt squeeling, after i installed my Mechman 270 the thing likes to have a mind of its own, any ideas on how to stop the squeel? not by just spraying lubricant on the belt either. A tad frustrated by this and dont know what else to do Quote 2 Fi BTL N2 18s Fully LoadedSundown Audio NS-1Kenwood 845 HU Clarion EQ4 Juicebox 3100sKnu Wire"Big 3"Mechman 270a156.3dBTeam GG. EclipseChris
Sometimes its the nature of the beast. The alt is flat out harder to turn. Get a new belt, that will clear is up for a while. lem43606
why dont you try a shorter belt? because this new alt actually sits a little bit higher on the bracket then my stock one did so idk why a shorter one would help out?
