Resin vs peel and seek

I seen ppl in local comps. Use it and say they've gain .1 to .5 . I just want any thing small to help me get alil high and I have alot of resin p and s so I figured with might as well try

Um, yeah, I guess? Lol!

I'd just put the "p and s" on the floor board, and use the resin in the box.

Hell I've seen people put all sorts of sh*t in their boxes to gain some dBs and a 99% of them achieved nothing other than a lighter wallet..

Dynamat (or other similar mat product).

Tar.

Resin.

Asphalt.

Trunk bed liner coatings.

Liquid roof coatings.

Plasti Dip.

The list goes on... and very few, if any, of these have ever been shone to improve your SPLs.

In all honesty, you'd probably be better off applying sound deadener on the outside of the box to constrain it and prevent flex.

If the box it built correctly, putting stuff inside of it wont do anything.
