slow240sx Posted May 14, 2011 Author Report Share Posted May 14, 2011 it sounded really good. I tried it sealed first and i didnt like it. This box was 2.2 ported tuned to 33 hz. This video is from about 5 years ago. I had the trunk and deck completely sealed off. Did a 146.7 on 1600 watts. Most people thought it was 2 12's or 2 15's it hit so hard. It even popped the window seal in the back after a few months. Then i changed it to a pair of them with 2 hifonics brutus 1605d amps but i dont have a video of that anymore. I put the subs in my closet for a few months and when i took them out, 1 of the cones was locked up. The magnet shifted to the side and locked up the voice coil. Kind of cheap construction or glue if u ask me. The port came out of the side of the box and then came up on the corner of the deck.
