simplicityinsound Posted May 19, 2011 Report Share Posted May 19, 2011 with a successful first show, i am now trying to decide when to put on the next one, i think it went over well, and the venue owner is very pleased. I was thinking of making this a regular event that occurs every 1.5-2 months... so i am looking at perhaps either late june or mid july (skipping 4th of july period)... what are your takes? and any feedback and suggestions are welcome. we plan to have a grille and cook food there next time...and i will make sure the SQ guys offer their cars for demoing more... infact, i am thinking of installing some kind of independent people's choice award, so that the person who demos their car to the most number of people will get the best chance of winning and also something similar on the SPL side for the SQ folks to check out. just an idea to get more cross-interaction between the two camps. hehe b Simplicity In Sound Senior Editor - Car Audio & Electronics Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Everything seems OK with everyone else (no were not the best of friends, but were at least not dissing each other every chance we get) but you just can't seem to let it go. Never said you didn't have that choice. You say that like you're the only one that does that. We (all the competitors) put a ton of miles on our car and I personally drive a tank so money just dissapears when I stop for gas so it's not just you. And you said "YOU guys" so can you please show me where I questioned you guys? How about Ray? Julio? Eric? Lee? Kyle? Tim? Chris? That's the majority of the team right there and I don't think you can tell me about an incident you've had with the above mentioned people.
