revoracing247 Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 i know there's really no way around this but, that fact that all shops only have like 500W rms and less subs and there isn't tons of eye candy for someone like me when i come in. plus every sales man i've met just treats me like im a soccer mom try to upgrade her crap car and just tries to sell me stupid stuff. though now i kind of realize that's pretty much all they deal with and that's all they've done pretty much.(at least the sales man) just wish i could talk to some of the guys in the garage who actually build crazy stuff. not the salesman who's never done anything. edit: all shops i've been to ~ If it was easy, everybody would be doing it ~
Carbon Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 That no one except myself comments on my build log. I mean it takes forever to get all the pics uploaded and update it with what's going on. But no one seems to care. So I guess my system isn't good enough for people to comment lol. O well no point in updating it anymore... Saves me some time lol I will comment on your build
Carbon Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 To wall or not to wall. That is the question.
SnowDrifter Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 Well if you can't make up your mind, that means that there really isn't anything major keeping you from doing it. SnowDrifter Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 Think about how heavy a car is and how much weight it can support? A full car is an extra thousand pounds. Plus it is strong enough to keep the car together in a crash that is 60 G's. A couple hundred pounds from a wall is no biggie ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
