Huh? Here's what I got:

(3/7 + 3) x 7

(.4286 + 3) x 7

(3.4286) x 7

24.0002

Without any rounding before the final answer, I got 23.99

I sucked at math I WAS THE ONLY ONE who put 10 :-/ I knew the PEMDAS but I did it stupidly. Now English is where I strive :)
