SundownTL3.2
ok guys so I am finally back. after over a year of hard times, I have been doing a lot better and things have gotten straight. therefore I finally got the acuras system moving after many plans! So... I loved my explorer and the 18 sounded sick so i thought why not go with an 18 in my car.. Well I wanted to go big so i decided to run 2 18s (reconed by me with pbx motors) in a 6 cubed box sealed. well the box was a little on the big side so I had to build it in the trunk.... ANYwAYS I NEED SOME HELP!!!! The subs will be about an inch away from the rear deck.... will the excursion move that much or will I be fine???? heres some pics! Tell me what you guys think and I am glad to be back!!! 2004 Chevy Tahoe LT........... THINKING

C-Fizzy
I don't think that'll sound good. IMO. better off doing 2 10's or 12's sealed off from the trunk. under construction I hate People with crappy primered cars rolling on hubcaps that are louder then me. u hate c-fizzy? BassJunkie
Its worth a shot. Box looks like its built pretty well so props and good luck. If you rebuild after this i'd make the box a little bigger by using your spare tire space, and it looks like it could be a few inches wider. 1986 C20 Suburban 9 American Bass XFL 15's B2 M1MKII 14v XS Power Batteries Maxwell Caps Acoustical energy is free. SundownTL3.2
thanks man! one of the best looking boxes ive built. still got bracing and such to do but ima firt make sure it sounds good. and i had no more room due to the trunk hinges. but if i rebuild its gunna be either 2 12s or 2 15s sealed off at the trunk and fired through the cabin. if this fails im going to go with what is proven to work ad be loud. just wanted to try something different. AND ALSO!!!!! I AM BUILDING THE SUBS AND I CANT FIND CA GLUE ANYWERE!!!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE LINK ME TO CA GLUE TO BUY AND ACTIVATOR IF NEEDED!!!! I NEED ENOUGH FOR 2 18s!!!! 2004 Chevy Tahoe LT........... THINKING
Craig28
can i ask why you are using a sealed box?
