Or 1 Custom built 18 from Elemental Designs in a ported box on the same power. I'm really wanting to get low as hell with this and I've heard some stories and seen 4th orders get LOW! But the 18 has a bit more cone area and less stuff involved with designing/building. Also would I be able to run my Alpine type r's in the 4th order then just swap subs to something more powerful when I find exactly what I want? They did say they are getting out of Car Audio and moving to home audio. But they said I could be there and watch them build my subwoofer and maybe even help. I've seen them test some of their 18" home audio subs and its freaking crazy! But they test every sub/speaker that leaves the shop is what they told me. My main question is could I 4th order my Type R's and then just do a direct swap and use other subs?
