SenorPeligro Posted June 8, 2011 Author Report Posted June 8, 2011 Final tweaks before building tomorrow. The only part I envision having trouble with is the carpeting, don't know if I bought enough. Oh well. No screws, all biscuit joining! Not sure what the advantages of that are, but it sounds cool to say. Thanks for your input, guys!
CaptainzPlanetz Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 My DC XL 15" Loved 28hz tuning, it played loud down to around 20hz and up to the upper 40's, and slightly less loud to the 60's then my mids took over from there. ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............ That's really the way I prefer it so that you have authority from 25-50hz, and then it sort of rolls of and allows your midbass to blend a little better. gmanguy Posted February 21, 2013 Report Posted February 21, 2013 A heavier cone will make the higher end roll off much quicker tuned lower
