CleanSierra
Header setup is cheap for those things. I'm sure they've got a nice cam/lifter setup for those things too. Like 95% of them had lifter knock from the day they were new. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

BenJesse
How much of a budget are you thinking? Weigh Reduction is simplest way. Also more air in and out, CAI, Exhaust, Port Intake and Cylinder Head. More cubic inches, Maybe a stroker kit? There are many different ways to make more power it all depends on your budget and free time. Facebook YouTube

Mediarocker
You can get cams from crower. It depends what you want out of it.. without stroking it, not much noticeable gain. Heavy camming takes some of the "drivability" away from it...I actually think it increases drivability. Stroking the 4.0 to a 4.6 or 7 wakes it up. CAI really does nothing on these because there's no place under the hood to get "Cold Air" It just makes it louder. Header makes some gains, depending on the manufacturer, however torque might be sacrificed. Porting might help it some... Just from what I know and have experience with. Stroking it will make it noticeably more powerful. 2007 Mazda 3s Sport- Custom Short Ram, Vibrant 4-2-1 Header, Trubendz Exhaust, Magnaflow Resonator and XL Muffler, Mazdaspeed Springs, 18" Baccarats with Tigerpaw GTZ 225/40R 18's Awards: MECA Phat Car 1st Place MECA Show n' Tell : 112.5db's on whatever was in my CD changer MECA SQL Stock 1st Place MECA Import Mild 2nd Place
Schoopdogg
I have a kennel bell supercharger on my 03 wrangler. Check my signature for other details but i pop wheelies because of it. I'm in the military right now so i can't do much to it but once I move back I'm going to add quite a bit more. Mediarocker
Quadratec and 4WD Hardware As for what bass stalker said, there's a guy on somewhere (can't remember the website or his name) who has Bosch 4 hole injectors that have an amazing atomization which might help power a bit. He also matches them on a flowbench and ensures they operate efficiently. 2007 Mazda 3s Sport- Custom Short Ram, Vibrant 4-2-1 Header, Trubendz Exhaust, Magnaflow Resonator and XL Muffler, Mazdaspeed Springs, 18" Baccarats with Tigerpaw GTZ 225/40R 18's Awards: MECA Phat Car 1st Place MECA Show n' Tell : 112.5db's on whatever was in my CD changer MECA SQL Stock 1st Place MECA Import Mild 2nd Place
