darksoul187
6ft3 after displacements with 17-19in2 of port per ft3 tuned about 35hz. wait specs say 3.75³ ft ain't that each sub? both would be in a 7.5cub or am i wrong because I'm running that power? CJ18
I dont remember the exact specs for that box. You are going to want to go with a smaller box since you are going to be running more power
CJ18
I built that box to fit the stock cut through on a 2008 escalade ext with 2 powerbass 3xl 15s.
BAMBAM
im curious. i see many people throwin 5k+ watts to their level 5 subs. i have read that how much a sub will take depends on the coil, signal, and enclosure. but can a 2,000rms sub realistically take more than double that? the level 5 has a 3" coil right? so how is it able to take so much power and not blow? Supercharged DCs
It's a DC sub Quote Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.

CJ18
It won't be a true clamped 5k first off. I would expect it to be closer to 3-3.5k per amp.
dankmans-rb26
the lvl5s will take that with ezzz... meathead is running 2 12"xl's off a ab vfl1100.1 and he plays it daily with no problems and he did have the lvl5 10s before that. dankmans-rb26
3.5^3ft per sub and around 200^3in of port is what we were told for the 15s....
