2loudisjustright
Wow, wish you had a buildlog or more pictures of em. Keep digging Did you see the pics of the 8 15's on page 3? There are three pics there showing my amp rack in the back as well. I had 2 us amps vlx 50 amps(rated at 25x2) running all 8 15's and a alpine 75x4 expert series running the Infinity highs(4x6 plates and the compenents in the doors). I also had the big 3 wiring and 3 extra yellow top optima batteries under the amp rack. Stock 120 amp alternator. I was running pretty low wattage(prolly around 2,200 watts on the 15's), but i was setting the Va state record at the time in the 0-150 watt modified class in usaci outlaw. 159.8 db's(not on termlab) at the time back in 2000. 2000 zx2: Rebuild with 8 12s on a 10k underway!! I'm hoping for 153.5+ outlaw and 150+ legal, last I metered my truck I was louder legal than outlaw Build update: glassed all seems and corners, started sanding the box. What grit paper do y'all use when smoothing out resin? I'm using 120g than finishing with 220g, doesn't seem to be working the best lol Bassless once again. That's funny, my truck was always louder outlaw. It always did the best with the microphone in the passenger floorboard as far to the front and right as you could get it and have the drivers door open and nothing else. 2000 zx2: Rebuild with 8 12s on a 10k underway!!
