LoudNLow931
I'll tell you how my experiences with two Lv 5 18s is when I get mine, if your still waiting... How about 3 XL18s as opposed to both of those options? I think that would work best. Well my plans are to upgrade to 4 lvl5 18s ether way. So if I got the lvl4s the would be changed out like beginning of next year to lvl5s,and if I get the lvl5s I will add 2 more beginning of next year... Supercharged DCs
3 18s in a proper box will be louder than 4 18s in a improper box IMO... Quote Bassless once again. Lol! the 10 port area per foot makes it improper is what he was implying probably. If you plan on getting 2 more lvl 5's later i would go with.. them . Smaller ports will actually play a wider range of frequencys than a larger one will... look at techforces SPLHell and Frankenstein. Yes it wont be as loud but it will play wider. I believe he said Frankenstein will play 8hz-80hz no problem. That larger the port the more of a 1 note wonder it becomes...
