I think Solo-X is great to start with dont you think so?

Amp is Emphaser EA1800D. 2200@1ohm 14.4V. with 3 batteries i measured 2000W (13.6v) Kicker is almost new. here some photos of my works. boxes and power.

and the car It's Volvo 850 94's, big car, big sub and 170Hp engine to get it all moving

The subbox is 360Liters, tuned to 35Hz.

Also i made a car battery charger. The charger works fine. its impulses are from 3 to 7 A rms and peaks are up to 30A, the impulse low to high ratio is about 80:20 . the charger also checks the batteries voltage ant limits the current. it has summer and winter modes. when the battery is almost fully charged the current is limited from 1 to 2 amps and when the battery is fully charged the current is about 500mA and peaks a about 5 amps, and it goes until you turn of the charger.

The main thyristor is 80A and 1600V. i think its good enough

Hmm its different, i like the distro blocks, i dont see any reason to do a wall for 1 sub when you can fit 2 easily but whatever floats your boat got any scores?

and nice job on your battery charger...

and im kinda confused on the type of wood you used... your first pics are of MDF wood.. then the last few of your box looks to be OSB...

if it iss OSB... i think that your box may blow apart... if not some huge flexing issues... well maybe not cuz its only 2k rms... but still...

anyways... keep it up... post some vids of you system playing...

to start with on 18 solo x and that power on a first setup is a great start. the blocks look damn good, are they brass or copper?

The wall is made from osb because there was a show that i dint want to attempt. but my friends told me to go there and had only 2 days to build a wall and it was on a weekend, so there was no shops opened to buy some wood and i was run out off mdf. Flexing walls of this box is just an extra db is the speaker is underpowered. The controlled flex gives extra db, the solo is powered only 2 kw but to sit in side almost impossible because of the ear drums seriously hurts...

I didint started with mid and highs yet.

The distro blocks a made of Bronze. very tough metal. Copper is better but i didint had it that moment.

i wish i had some bronze laying around.. to build me some custom terminals...
