HatersGonnaHate Posted December 4, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 4, 2011 You only cut the port width in half if the port is in the middle like mine, so yea, 4 in the front, 2 in the back for the remainder of the port length. The V thing is done by cutting 2 45º pieces so they would be in the middle of the port hole attached to the back wall, directing the airflow out of the port. It only affects tuning a small amount, and the length runs from the top of the box to the bottom, just like 45's on the corners. Nate is good, Nate is wise. Listen to him. I'm not sure what the next box is going to be or when it's going to happen, but blue leds are in the plans for it. Toying with the 4th order still, but money fell short last week so I couldn't get supplies. Haven't messed with fiberglass yet, but I should be getting some new 6.5's for Christmas and might whip up some door panels or A pillars. You got a build log or any pics yet?
