OrionStang
why not active on that amp? Thought about it. Just afraid i'll fuck something up. I already have 1 dead tweeter, +2 on the xover fml. Yeah, -2 on those tweeters or theyll go fast. You're about at the limit of power these tweets will take from what I hear. Anything over 150ish starts to push them pretty quick. Yeah, it was user error during the install, I somehow had 1 at +2 while the other 3 are at -2. It happens. OrionStang
I need a crossover or capacitor for the tweeters though, right? The HP filter on the amp is 300hz, I don't want them playing shit that low. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

OrionStang
How can I cross the tweeters at 3000hz HP, and the mids 90 and 3000 bandpass? Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
tonedeaf
How can I cross the tweeters at 3000hz HP, and the mids 90 and 3000 bandpass? Why the mids so high on the LPF? I had mine set at around 55-60 and they played it very well. As for how to set them...run all the mids on their own channel and pickup another 2 channel for the tweets? OrionStang
Because the subs will handle that range. Think this http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=266-220 or this http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=266-286 would work?
