I may be incorrect but if your amp is running at 2ohm.. Wouldn't you wanna get a 4ohm cone so you can wire it to two ohm?

I have a 4 ohm cone now so my amp is running at 2 ohm. Sorry, I wasn't clear. My amp is 1 ohm stable, and puts out 2400 watts at 1 ohm and about 1600 or so at 2 ohms. So a Dual 2 recone would improve my power output by a decent amount

Yes, the SPAIR recones have the wire terminals on them. So you can choose the dual 2 or dual 4 SPAIR

Likin these subs more and more. Thanks for the Info man. Also that isn't that bad of a DB score. I've never been metered but I would be happy to get that! Also you got my vote for SOTM. Just sayin :santa:

It's not that it was a bad score, it just wasn't what I was expecting considering how loud it is audibly. And thanks so much man it means a lot to me! :yahoo:

Lovin the car! and Very clean setup! Keep Bumpin! :good:

The sound quality of this setup would probably surprise anybody who thinks a Solo X is only an SPL driver. The box is on the smaller side, around 3 cu ft, and tuned around 32hz.

The car is a hybrid and makes 40mpg.
