Rebel4055 Posted July 1, 2011 Author Report Posted July 1, 2011 Well my dad has the 250-1 prime it gets warm when the truck is off but also the gain is 1/2 way. im scoping his gains soon hope he doesnt blow them What gauge wiring do you have on it? 3/0 gauge 3/0?! LOL Damn man! Nah i used 6 gauge it was only pullin 30 amps IIRC Lol, I was going to say XD. The 2 things that come to my mind right now is that the ohm load of the subs is sitting below 2 ohms a bit. 1.7ohms IIRC.( Rockford fosgate p2's dual 2 ohm. And another thing is the voltage at the amp is dropping too low or something but I was watching the dash gauge and it wasn't moving at all and the lights weren't dimming. Rest In Peace mother. Try wireing up to 4ohms? Check if any of the positive wire is touching the metal on the amp. I know for a fact those terminals are hard to put 4gauge on. BUILD LOG
