18abVFL
Im buying a 2001 Toyota Celica GT in a month, and im puttin a nice big system in it. Probably gonna be a Audioque HDC3 18" on around 2000rms. Thinkin of either a Crescendo BC2000, AQ2200d, or an American Bass HD3500. What should my elecrical system be looking like? Will i be fine with stock alternator, stock batt up front and kinetic in the back? Which Kinetic should i get? Supercharged DCs
What size alternator does it have? If it's 110+ you should be fine with the Big 3 and the largest XS battery you can fit under the hood (D3400 and up). Quote Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.

I ran a 2200 on stock electrical + an HC600 for a long time, not sure how the voltage was. Quote Start out boxy, shape as you move along. Supercharged DCs
Yessir, but it's normally recommended to be running the same type of battery in the rear and upfront, such as AGM up front AGM in rear. Your stock battery will probably be Lead Acid. Quote Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012. I would think voltage would be alright as long as i add a batt Quote 1999 Monte Carlo Sony CDX-GT34w 2 Alpine Type R 12"s in 4 cubes tuned to 35hz American Bass VFL 80.1 amp @ 1 ohm (probably doing between 1000 and 1300rms) Stock alt, Stock batt, Big 3 Upgrade Boston s55- 5 1/4s (doors) Boston s95- 6x9s (rear deck)
Supercharged DCs
I've probably said this a million times by now, but with a stock 117A alternator, big 3 and a single XS D3400, I had virtually no voltage drop with my DC2k.
