Today Rob from dc personally called me and asked if there was anything he could do for me or give me my money back. I now know why there equipment isnt there along with like 5 other companies. Sorry for being so rude. You guys acted more professional than expected. Just want to say thanks for keeping me informed on motors and such. Cant wait until I receive my sub. Tj Quote

Guest Wood Posted July 13, 2011 Report Posted July 13, 2011 you just cant compare the customer service to ANYONE. i got level 4s when i ordered level 3s and they ran out of stock. no ifs ands or butts, rusty just sent em my way. and i got a price break on the level 3s as is. top notch. Quote
