I you want my opinion, in say go real carbon fiber or don't do it at all. Don't be a poser.

Sent from my carbon fiber look 3M di-noc covered iPad.

But I do love the wheels.

sorry i missed that. yeah your car is nice. im with dude on the no carbon on the hood but hey its your call in the end. yup i would do the blue rims to be different. but thats just me i guess. your car as is is already a sick ride. so anything extra will always be a bonus.

Oh I totally agree with you! It'd just save me a lot of money to do it in vinyl because either way it wouldn't be very functional. As I said, this car isn't fast at all

And I doubt getting a carbon fiber roof would be even remotely simple.

To be honest, I like the look, but as a general rule, I hate vinyls. I've seen so many of them bubble and it just detracts from the look so much, ya know?

Oh I know, and I'm such a perfectionist, if I couldn't get the vinyl to stick on right I'd rip it off and have to start over... I've destroyed so many stickers out of frustration trying to get them to apply perfectly...

I think there's carbon fiber vinyl that's thicker though and can be applied using a heat gun which would probably make things a lot easier

Well something I thought was sick on the 370z was that not only were there blue accents in the engine bay on hoses and whatnot, but the exhaust pipes are blue.

If you can get your hands on it 3M Di-Noc is some seriously good shit. I haven't messed around with many car vinyls, but I have applied a bunch of skins on mobile devices. Never have I had a product apply so easy , look as good, and actually have me feel that it would provide abrasion protection. And bubbles work themselves out due to how it's made.

This is definitely something you'd want to look into.
