How to tell box tune with Ipod App or Comp. Program

and just fyi, the peak frequency may most likely not be your tuning frequency. and no, there's no app for that. you need an actual sensor, which is what a termlab is whereas the iphone just has a mic. which will tap out super fast at that

I was wondering if anyone would mention this. Using a mater would only tell you your peak spl, not necessarily your box tuning. My ok old setup peaked at 51hz but the box was tuned to 35hz or something.

I was wondering if anyone would mention this. Using a mater would only tell you your peak spl, not necessarily your box tuning. My ok old setup peaked at 51hz but the box was tuned to 35hz or something.

This is pretty much the same situation I am in. Maybe ill just take the 10min and write down the measurements of my box, but it wont be exact.
