Since I don't own a table saw (yet), I had to drive to a friends shop to get my cuts and come back home.... Anyway, this is what I've done so far. Keep in mind that the port will be firing up. I think it'll be more effective that way, since I don't have much clearance from my tailgate Enjoy the pics: 45 degree cuts for better air flow

I mean I'm no top notch carpenter, but I take pride in my work and I think it looks decent 45 degree cut on the port....again, maintaining air velocity is important... A closer look.... After it's rounded and filled....
