Skullz
The bracket looks like it offsets the alt for installation, the bolt will go in the bottom ear and the stud and nut go through a bracket on the engine, sorry about the green wire as i have no knowledge on it's use. Skullz
It might be to move something else that's down there out of the way to make room for the alt to go in, but anyway it appears to be the only reason you would need one in the first place. MECHMAN
The small bracket bolts to the top of the alternator and to the factory adjustment bracket to give you the necessary adjustment. On the AVBM harness there should be a male spade on the case bolt next to the regulator plug, it goes there. I wish I could ship everywhere as fast as the APO! bre2ts
Ok guys the pulley is a 6 groove pulley which is fine. But no matter where I put the belt inner4 outer 4 or middle 4 it squeals like a pig when the engine is revved any suggestions to why this is happening? MECHMAN
Sent you an email about the belt-slip issue. This unit puts out more at 800rpm than your factory unit did at it's peak, proper belt setup is critical. If you have any more questions please reply to my email, you will get faster response than on the forums as I get notification on my desktop. -Eric.
