OrionStang
Has anybody run a 175.4 under 2 ohms(1.34 per channel to be exact)? I'm not asking 'could you' or 'should you' run it that low. I want to know if anyone's actually done it without consequence. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

RickyFriery97
i wired two sets of 4 ohm componets to one channel, 2 ohm load, but read 1.8 on my TPI 440, (no resistance on the meter) its plays perfectly fine. i think you would be fine, but maybe someone else will chime in that has ran it that low. i think Dwright runs his close to that Quote 2014 Chevy Silverado Crewcab 1994 Chevy Full Size blazer
Dylank811
I actually misread this thinking that you said something about 175.4 db in 2 ohms and it didn't make any sense so I just posted a lie instead. Edit: But I think it says on their website that it does like 250w x 4 at 2 ohms. I don't think they would say that unless it was stable for lawsuit purposes. OrionStang
I'm thinking about adding a 3rd 6.5(4ohm) to each channel. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

OrionStang
Bump. Really hoping for Rusty or Rob to chime in here. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
CJ18
I just asked rusty about this and he said he would not recommend running the 175.4 under 2 ohms. He said the 4 channel does run a little warm and dropping lower than 2 ohms could cause it to heat up and do funky things.
