But I suggest porting on the front of the box.... slim2fattycake
How did you get to 7 cubes after displacement when he asked to have between 5-5.5 cubes net? Also, he asked for 34hz not 32hz. Since you decided his port length to be 15" already, why can you not calculate port displacement but have to "guess"? Without seeing the application I dont have a clue. The 6" aeroports require a 8.25" cutout for the flair. If you want to tune to 32 hz, you need 15" of length. 2 6" ports gets you a port area of 8.1 inches^2 per cubic foot. I do not know the displacement of the subs, so I guessed .4 for both together. Also didnt know the displacement of the ports, so I guessed .15 cu ft. Specs: After all displacement, ~ 7 cubic feet, or 3.5 cubes per sub. Pics: Cut sheets: Sides: 23.75 x 15.5 (qty 2) Top and bottom: 24.5 x 38 (qty 2) Front / Back / Baffle: 16.25 x 38 For the front cuts: Front: Circles were 9.5" in, centered on the midline Baffle: Also 9.5" centered on midline, but .75" offset for 3/8" routing Audioque suggests 11.375 diameter cut outs. You will have to decide what to do with the Aeroports. I appreciate the help but it was different than I wanted. I like the design, except I wanted the box smaller and tuned to 34hz. Anyone else interested in taking a stab at it? I would appreciate it for sure Quote 145.9@40hz 145.3@34hz big 3 X2 group 34 Deka Group 31 All 0/1 awg jl meta wire Alpine CDA 7894 Orion HCCA D5000 2 AQ HDC312's Crunch gpv1100.2 (for 6.5"s only) AQ pro audio 6.5" - 3 sets AQ supertweeters - 2 sets 2000 Slamry

Im trying to get a new design made up with aeros like you mentioned. Im gonna port through my 6by9s and face the subs through the back seat openings and seal it off. Maybe that 146.xx isnt real far away....lol j/k but I am shootin for some good #s maybe after i double my power it will happen..who knows Quote 145.9@40hz 145.3@34hz big 3 X2 group 34 Deka Group 31 All 0/1 awg jl meta wire Alpine CDA 7894 Orion HCCA D5000 2 AQ HDC312's Crunch gpv1100.2 (for 6.5"s only) AQ pro audio 6.5" - 3 sets AQ supertweeters - 2 sets 2000 Slamry

And the tuning is HIS CHOICE with the Aero's, so unless you are helping him out, leave the thread man. ANd port displacement as in what THE AREOPORTS DISPLACE WITHIN THE ENCLOSURE, NOT THEIR PORT AREA. GTFU outta here man, you don't have a clue.
